Our Story

It is important to start by saying that beetbox was born out of a passion for good quality
food, consistency in price, and our support to locally produced products.

Beetbox was born in 2015 as an initiative of Russel, who was and is still the head chef for
Sotano Restaurant.

The company was formed as a joint venture between Sotano and Russel, firstly to supply
our own demands, and the passion to serve the best quality food.

As time past, the business grew organically; and currently we supply over sixty clients,
which includes top hotels and restaurants all around Cape Town, with the best quality,
locally outsourced fruits, vegetables, and some dairy products.
